Gentle Reminder

Our heart often knows the change we are desiring in relationships, but fear gets in the way. If we are having the conversation in our head, think about that as a sign that it's time to speak these words in real life. The relationship won't get better if we expect our partner, friend, boss, etc. to read our minds. Instead of dismissing our desire, try bringing it to the surface in a kind, clear way.
