Curry Hummus

Inspired by a food sample while grocery shopping I decided I could make this instead of buy it! 😜 In a food processor, blend 1 C chickpeas, 1 Tbsp curry powder, 1/4 C tahini, 1 jalapeño, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp agave, juice of one lemon, 1 garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, add water as needed. Add dried cranberries or raisins on top for extra sweetness.  Serve on a sandwich, with raw veggies, naan, bread or flax crackers.
