Since becoming a mom I have developed a sweet tooth! And I feel it's mostly due to sleep deprivation, i.e. I'm tired--->I want sugar--->sugar crash--->I want more sugar. This #raw snack of bananas, dates, cacao powder, oats, coconut flakes and agave syrup has become one of my favorites, curbing my sweet tooth, not changing my mood, and giving me energy. Also, throw all this in the blender with some nut milk and you have yourself a delicious smoothie!
