I've seen lots of beautiful photos of smoothie bowls lately and thought I'd give it a go. They are fun to make and provide a little spin on the usual smoothie. For the base of this I mixed peach/mango soy yogurt with maple syrup, oatmeal, a banana, and coconut milk. On top I added chopped up medjool dates, dark red (juicy!) cherries, blackberries, blueberries, persimmon slices, and topped it off by sprinkling raw shelled hemp seeds over the top. Like smoothies the possibilities are endless and I can't wait to make another one!
